The title says it all, I want a chart that shows the cooling of many different coolers. Looked everywhere, couldn't find it.

You didn't look very hard.

AMD

Other than that, you're not going to FIND anything like that, with many, many models, because the platforms they use to test them on change and cannot be considered as direct comparisons to results from other test platforms that were not exactly the same.

If you want a recommendation for the best cooler, at the best price for your region, just ask, that's easier to provide that what you want.

Thank you so much man but no need to insult me. I looked all day, couldn't find anything. I don't want a D-15 because its just a bulky ugly piece of metal. I don't want AIO either since I want 2 fans on the front. Top AIO stresses the CPU or GPU based on direction of airflow. Air cooler is my option. My budget is 80$. Air cooler that is not bulky. NH-U14S looks good.

There was no intent to insult at all. I was simply stating what to me seemed obvious, so apologies for seeming that way.

NH-U14S is a good cooler. That is what I am using on my overclocked i7-6700k right now and it does an excellent job but it really depends on what your CPU is, what your case cooling configuration is and what country you are in?

Oh sorry, I took I took it the wrong way. I'll give you a rundown of my specs.
Case: Meshify C
CPU: Ryzen 2600
GPU: GTX 960
PSU: EVGA G3
RAM: G.skill trident
1 exhaust fan, 2 intakes.

Btw does the NH-U14s look bulky or hide the RAM? I don't want my RGB RAMs to go to waste if it hides it. Thank you so much for answering.

So long as you install it correctly, with the heatsink oriented longwise from top to bottom, and it's fan blowing through it from front to back, or pulling from the back (Mine, pictured, has two fans installed.), there should be no problem with RAM intereference or blocking the view.

My G.Skill Trident Z sticks are easily visible, even though it's not a great pic.
