soo i was playing mass effect andreomeda then saved the game and close it after sometime i played it from that save only at this time my cpu was hitting 70% or so and it was perfect.. but i forgot to save the game after playing and turn off my pc later when i play the game i was hitting 100% cpu usage on the SAME PLACE where previously it was 70% and my no bottleneck but now im hitting 100% in the SAME EXACT place of the game and gpu bottlenecking wtf???
edit : CPU usage was 70% previously on the SAME place
now its 100% at the SAME place after game restart wtf
