PCI wifi card antenna upgrade

Higher gain antennas are no better than the stock if they are buried behind the PC chassis. That is the problem with cards like that, the antennas are buried in cables and steel chassis.

I would also always recommend powerline network adapters over WIFI.

Im sorry but I'd rather stick with the card I linked it seems like a cheap good quality card. Also that card you recommended is $40, I just want to know if those 5dBi antennas are compatable with that card I linked, I want to switch the antennas because I'd rather stick with a more stable connection, I read somewhere that higher dBi antennas can pick up weak signals, like the weak signal my 2dBi antenna provides. Thanks for the recommendation.
