hi guys I would appreciate a reply
I have:

processor: intel Pentium g@3258
gpu:radeon rx580 series 8gb
and 8 gigabytes of ram.
now I want to upgrade my cpu so should I. and if I do upgrade what should I get plz help
and plz consider iam planning to buy a intel corei5-4690k will it give me a better quality gameplay?

Yeah, a 4690k will give you better game play. It will be a nice bump from your pentium. A 4790 would not be a terrible choice either as it has 8 threads compared to the 4690's 4 threads. Most games dont use more than 4 threads, but the ones that do, such as BF1 will show a nice bump with an CPU with 8 threads.
