another ryzen builder noob

Hi, this is my first post here on the forum.

I am trying to put together the first and most important parts of a build, that will see some serious upgrades, with the goal of having a digital art type of workstation, so it is not for gaming, apart from light stuff like Lol.
I am mainly interested in working with Zbrush and PS, and a few other painting softwares. I might wanna go into animation at some point, but right now it is negligible.
I am thinking about the Ryzen 5 1400 or 1500x.
From what I have learnt from other threads, it is important to have a good PSU and the RAM to be split into 2 parts.
Now, this is just a hobby tpye of thing obviously, and as I said I am happy to upgrade slowly as time passes by, but if possible, wouldn't wanna start with upgrading my motherboard:)
My budget is around 900 USD at max at the moment (including a 64b Win 10 for around a 165 usd).
Can you recommend some mobo pairs to the ryzen 5 1400 and the 1500x?

Purchase date: next 2 weeks
I am not buying a monitor. Present monitor is 1920x1080.
I need to buy an OS.
I am from Hungary (EU).
I have 0 experience with overclocking, I understand the X ryzen versions are not to be OC-ed...
SLI - Crossfire ...I thought I didn't need to put much thought into GPU here, is that correct? Just a shitty GPU will
get me started and I will also be able to land some good hooks with Thresh? :D

Thank you and God bless Tahiti.

P.S.: <<Watch the f-bombs, please>> I just realized everyone is giving their post a title like another noob...sorry for being so unoriginal.

Thanks! I read somewhere that you should use at least 3000mHz RAM for the Ryzen chips for whatever reason...
Also, the list you provided costs at least 40% more where I am, unfortunately. I cant take advantage of sales on amazon, as amazon does not operate in my country! LOL.

If there is a Hungarian pcpartpicker you could use that to find the best prices. Otherwise I would use these builds as a guide and try and fit the stuff into your budget. When it comes to some of the stuff you are looking at doing with you, you are better off with a 6+ core CPU and even a GTX 1050 or RX 560 will offer plenty of performance. The higher end GPU is a benefit for doing any gaming you want with it later.
