Thanks for reply and .. i got drivers the latest for the gpu and the chipset its already installed do u think its the ram ? i should buy another stick 1x 8gb ? i dont wanna spend extra money if its not gonna work :/

in the bios turn on amd version on xmp profile. with cpu-z read the xmp profile of the ram make sure your mb ram voltage is set right. make sure your on the gpu and not the mb video port. in the bios set the main video to the gpu and turn off the ipgpu to free up some ram.

im not so good in this things i dont understand so u saying i need to OC my ram or ?

GPU : Nvidia geforce GTX 1060 3gb

3GB VRAM is NOT a lot these days; that's certainly going to hurt the higher end titles. That being said, I'd be surprised if that was holding back lesser demanding titles like DOTA.

RAM : kingston hyperx fury 8gb 1x stick 3000mhz but running in 2400mhz i dont know why.

1 Stick? That's going to hurt performance since you aren't running paired sticks of RAM. And 8GB RAM is only barely acceptable for gaming nowadays. I recommend getting a second 8GB stick; I suspect that's the cheapest upgrade you can do that would have an immediate impact.

need a second stick for best performance, in order to run your ram in dual channel mode. Ryzen runs better with dual channel due to its internal architecture. also as recommended above, you need to enable xmp in bios to get the 3000mhz you are supposed to get. this change will have a substantial impact in your gaming experience

I just bought another stick of 8gb same one .. bought and SSD 240 gb today reinstalled windows 10 on it good performance with SSD . and enabled XMP in bios so my both rams running 3000 mhz and still on CS GO i got micro stutter i dont know whats the problem i didnt test other games but i have the old stutter :(

Ok, first question: What resolution are you trying to use? I believe a Ryzen 3 1300x/1060 3GB should be more then enough for titles like CSGO or DOTA 2 @ 1080, but could be bottlenecked at higher resolutions.

Aside from that, use Task Manager and check core loading while in-game; might be a hint there.

yep disabling v-sync improve the fps but its still stuttering .. temps are while gaming the cpu is bumping up to 53 , 55 celsius , and the gpu 60 - 65 celsius.
