Hello, i decided to finally complete my build. but i am a bit unsure if u should got for a MSI/Asus Motherboard+GPU. I have settled for a i5-8600k and 16 GB of Corsair RGB PRO ram at 2666 MHz. And my case should be a Corsair 500D RGB SE and i will add a Corsair Hydro H115i PRO and add 2 RGB fans to the Water cooler. I will also add 1 more RGB fan to the case and some LEDS. And storage i already have. So any tips to anything else i could choose ?

The build i thought of:
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
CASE: Corsair 500D RGB SE
CPU: i5-8600k
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 GAMING X 6 GB or ASUS GTX 1060 6 GB
RAM: Corsair 16 GB RGB PRO
Mobo: MSI Z370 GAMING PRO CARBON or ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-H GAMING
PSU: Corsair CX550

Both company motherboards have worked well for me however I would prefer the MSI motherboards. The MSI Z370 Gaming Plus Motherboard is a great one to work with. It’s a lot like your one but you can test it out if you’d like. For the graphics card part I would definetaly pick ASUS as it’s a lot better. Make sure your power supply has enough watts for all your components which it should but it’s always better to check. If this is your first build then I wouldn’t recommend starting with water cooling but that’s all up to you. Good luck with your build.

ypu dont need windows pro. pro is for biz pc. save your self some money go with windows 10 oem code. wait a few weeks go wit hthe newer 9x inte lcpu and newer chipset mb. on the ram go for 3000/3200 speed. also see if the nvidia 2060 is dropping soon. for the power supply look at the seasonic focus line.

Both Msi And Asus has roughly the same price, but the msi gpu has some rgb in it's logo and the reason i went with 2666 mhz ram is because my mobo and cpu didnt support any higher. And i have buildt a system before and the Windows Pro is whag i already have on my ssd.
