I read that on the bottom of the left cup is a hole with a reset button in it. Use a toothpick and see if you can push the button. The reset fixes a lot of issues with charging and mic.

Just checking, is your mic mute button on the back of the left cup pressed in?

There is so reconfigurable option. I'm mad bc I have already gone through 2 headsets with this problem and done RMA.
