I recently bought all of the parts for a pc I am building and attempted to turn it on. Sadly nothing showed up on my screen. My fans were spinning and the lights were on but there was no BIOS.
If it helps these are the parts that I used:
Silent Base 800 Window Black Case
Ryzen 7 1700
Asus X370 Prime - Pro
EVGA GQ 750 watt PSU
EVGA SSC GTX 1060 6gb GDDR5
WD Blue 3.5" HDD 1tb
SanDisk SSD Plus 2.5" 240gb
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400 mhz 8gb
If someone can help me please do. I can really appreciate some help.

Any beeps at boot up? I.e., when you turned on your build?

What memory is installed?

Open the case and doublecheck all connections and seatings. Ensure that all fully and firmly in place.

With new builds the connections can be stiff and feel as if in place - but really are not.

Check carefully and do not force fit.

When I turned on the computer there was absolutely no noise from the computer. I will attempt to unplug and plug everything back in and see if it works correctly. I also forgot to include my single Cosair Vengeance LPX 2400mhz 8gb stick of RAM.

After turning on the computer all of the lights from the cpu cooler, motherboard, and gpu turned on. I checked all of the connections and I am positive that they are plugged in place. No beeping comes from the computer nor does anything appear from the monitor.

Do you hear the HDD spin up at all? (With the expectation that the SSD is the boot disk.)

Leaning towards a faulty PSU.

If you do not know how to use a multimeter or do not have one then find a knowledgeable family member or friend to help.

And all the more so if you are not at all comfortable doing such testing.
