it was a gift but now i have problem in games it just shake and gta gave me this massege
your computer does not meet the minimum recommended cpu frequency specification

many mobile cpus might ramp up to their advertised freq one whole second to complete a task, then ramp back down to 800 MHz or so, allowing them to stay cool and within thermal design limits. Very few laptops are engineered for sustained max turbo clock speeds as might be desired in gaming scenarios...

next time someone wants to gift you a computer make sure they know you want a gaming class one. it would be worth a shot but considering how much gaming laptops are they just might laugh at you

What's the model of your laptop?

It looks like you didn't like the answers you previously got.
That won't change the fact that is not a gaming device and it might not perform as you may want.

You could create a High Performance power plan under Power options and change some of its advance power settings.
Change the Minimum processor state to 80-100%.
Change the Minimum processor state to 100%.
Change the System cooling policy to Active.
Reboot
See in Task manager, under Performance tab if that helps increase your CPU speed above 1.8GHz.
