$600ish PC Build - Video Editing (First Build - Need Feedback on my current parts list)

So I have a $600 ballpark budget to build a video editing machine.

My current parts list will be listed below, I do not need to worry about hard drives as I will be pulling them from another computer.

Please tell me what my build is missing, where I could possibly save money or what I should spend more money on to put me in a better position for future upgrades.

I would like to keep the build as physically small as possible as I will need to travel with it from time to time.

If video editing only, gpu is not that important, CPU power is. Major issue with your build is unnecessary 3rd party cooler and poor quality psu. My edits after $50 rebates:
