Hi, two days ago i left my pc on sleep mode.Everything was fine. I comeback after few minutes and i saw my PC is totally powered off. I tried to power on but when i click power button, everything starts for half of second and die. I tried a lot of things, but none worked so i decided to buy new mobo and new psu.I bought it both because i thought mobo is causing problem, and psu because it was old. But the same problem still occurs with new mobo and new psu! What? I tried to start it with minimum (1 ram stiick, cpu and thats it) Please help me, i also tried to start it with cpu power cable unplugged, it does the same. If it helps, before this everything i had some problems with bsod 0x124..

Back to basics:

You're on the right path, but you ought to take it a step forward. Remove everything except the basics. That would be case, MB, CPU, RAM and PSU. Assuming you have on-board video connectors, use that instead of your video card. If all works, then start connecting and testing one by one. Add the video card. If all good, proceed with HDDs and other USB devices if previously connected.

Yes i tried only with basics. CPU, MOBO, RAM,PSU. I tried also without the case, but its the same. So, if MOBO is new, its not cause, RAM is also good because i tried to start pc with other RAM and even without RAM stick. PSU is good because i tested one more PSU that is 100% good. Only cause can be CPU? But does it? :(

You've already replaced the MOBO and PSU. It's safe to assume it's not RAM because you've already tested one stick at a time.

So yes, that leaves the CPU being suspect. You should have a warranty on it at the very least.
