So just build my PC and at first had a AIO cooler, at idle it was sitting 60c so I thought it was a defective pump and got the threadripper aircooler instead. Which doing a stress test I dont know which temperature is correct.
There have been known issues with other software capturing incorrect temps.
The only one I heard that did 'fix' it, was HWMonitor - which would be confirmed by your screenshot - RM & HWM show the same info.
