i was looking to buy a new set of custom psu cable and happend to not originally hook up the P4 cable on my mother board do to not originally having one to use, Is there something thats made to go from 6 pin connection in the psu to that 4 pin cpi power 2 P4 cable or is it not made

I assume you mean the EPS connector (for the CPU) by "P4"?
The Z270-M7 has an 8pin EPS and a supplemental 4pin EPS for improved power delivery/overclocking. You don't actually "need" the 4pin.
Neither version of the CX750M have more than a single 8pin (4+4) EPS connector.
So, while the PSU is compatible with the board.... it's not technically 100% compatible if you want the ability to use the supplemental EPS connector.

I wouldn't look to convert/adapt any other power source, no.
If you want to use the 8+4EPS, then you'll need a PSU with native support for that.
FWIW, depending on the specific CX750M (Green, or Grey label?), it may not be a great offering for your setup anyway.
Typically, you're looking at a higher 'tier' PSU for >8pin EPS.
Those would be higher wattage units (750W+, generally) and from top-tier manufacturers like SeaSonic, SuperFlower etc - OR, from the EVGA/Corsair's of the world, on units manufactured by SeaSonic et al.
Focus+ Gold, RM750x, SuperNova G3 750W (or higher wattage units) would all be examples.
