i7 2600 and gtx 1060 6 gb Fps drops in almost every game...

I bought myself a Gtx 1060 ...did reinstall windows and get new drivers for the graphics crad and when i try to play fortnite or many other games i get fps drops or freezing ...i updated all driver on my pc ...and still get fps drops..

Specs:
i7 2600 3,5 GHz
Gtx 1060 6 gb Gainward
16 Gb Ram
Motherboard: Asus P(B75-M LX

I have a bit similarities on his specs
Gigabyte RGB windforce 1060 6GB
i7-2600 3.4Ghz
8GB RAM

and I also experience stuttering (what i mean in stutter is that it drops fps all of a sudden then goes back to normal, let's say 60-40-60 and causes a really noticeable stutter)

Also reinstalled driver many times using DDU, and tried different versions as well. I had no problem with my msi gtx 1050 ti before.

I have found a solution to the problem, I don't know what was exactly the problem but when I switched from windows 7 to 10, stuttering was gone, it still happens (sudden fps drop) but it doesn't happen as usually as before.
