Just recently I think I've fallen victim to coil whine (Buzz when I play games, gone when game not running) before today I've never felt my graphics card or inspected it while running a game (when the coil whine starts), I touched my graphics card and it felt a little hot (not burning my finger but definitely some heat), is that normal for 60c? I think i'm just a little paranoid but I want some opinions to make sure this is coil whine and not my graphics card getting fried and telling me it's only 60c.
