I just bought an upgraded CPU. I had a Ryzen 5 1400 and I bought a Ryzen 5 2600. I installed the new cpu with the cooler, but now when I try to turn the computer on, it turns on for 15 seconds, then turns off, then back on. There is no display while this is happening. Not sure if I did anything wrong, I double checked my work. Any help would be appreciated.

Then that's the issue - the board does not support the 2000 series chips without a BIOS update.
Reinstall the original CPU.
