So I've updated the bios , turned on the PC , mouse keyboard and monitor not responding , it's like no electricity going over there , but the PC works normally , I've searched the internet and nothing is in there , any idea how to fix this?
Does your keyboard work to get you into the BIOS? Have you tried un-plugging and then replugging the mouse/keyboard and see if it gets detected once windows loads up? Otherwise perhaps resetting CMOS might help.

I've tried everything , nothing helped , keyboard not working , tried replugging , CMOS also tried and didn't help
When you reset CMOS did you do every suggested step? Unplug system, remove battery, reset CMOS (usually a jumper you have to short with a screwdriver for 10 seconds) and leave the system unplugged for a while?
Its a tricky one as since the usb ports aren't working in BIOS its not windows related. Only other suggestion is to track down a PS/2 keyboard/adapter and try to enter bios that way.

The thing with the battery is that it's mounted to the motherboard so can't remove it...
