PC crash and restart with black screen

Hi All

I have PC gaming with this specification:
-CPU I7 6 generation
-RAM 32GB
-Motherborad gigabyte support SLI
-GPU nivida GTX 970
-SSD 512GB + HDD 1T
-power supply sliverstone 600w

a few days ago the PC shutdown without any thing and restart with black screen. I have to shut it down again and leave it for an hour to work again normally.

I tried to check the temp of HW, but it seems everything is normal. I think the problem is with PSU. because I don't test it.

this issue happening when I load the PC with game or development things.

I plug off the GPU and tried to work with build-in one and the problem is still happing.

Any suggestions guys ?

Most likely, I think your GPU is overheating. If that's the case, you could download an app to monitor your GPU temperature behavior.

Can you post the specs and temps (idle first, esp. CPU if it keeps crashing) for your CPU and GPU. It seems you have a good idea that its heat related since time seems to resolve the issue, we nmeed more information to identify exactly where the issue is.

physically reseat all your connections.
pull out everything and put it back. heat and time makes connections not as good. hard drive, gpu, memory, cables.

check hard drive to make sure its working well. crystaldiskinfo or hard disk sentinel.
do a memory check. memtest or onboard.

try to see if any drivers need updating.
can install older GPU driver.

Those temps look fine mate a little high on the CPU at 49 degrees during a 9% load, GPU temp is spot on and definately not a problem but we need to see the temps under load. Play a game and ALT+TAB to desktop and take a screenshot of the monitor to let us know.

if the issue is persisting then it could be the PSU on its way out. Has it crashed again since this was reported ?
