How does this look for a $600 AMD build? Also GPU suggestions

I'm helping my cousin build a PC. I haven't built a PC since 2014, and haven't kept myself updated on new hardware much. I'll link the build, any suggestions would be great. And also want to make sure this will all be comparable. Budget is $600. This is currently $575 in my Newegg cart. I have 4 different RX 570's to pick from, recommendation on which to buy would be great. Thanks!

DDR4 3600 is very nice, but you might not be able to run it that fast. The main concern here is that you should get 2x4GB sticks so you can run dual-channel else you'd be losing out on 10-20% of performance with only one stick.

*DDR4 2800 C15 can typically overclock to 3000 or 3200. So you might find a deal on RAM that way.

I'd get the 8GB RX 570. Actually, seems like you can afford an RX 580 4GB though. Here, https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125964&cm_re=rx_580-_-14-125-964-_-Product

I wouldn't trust that power supply either. EVGA has made some crappy cheap power supplies. Corsair makes better budget power supplies, or SeaSonic S12II.

Damn I wasn't even looking for RX 580s, would the 4gb 580 be better than the 8gb 570? I think that is kind of a given though lol.

Well, yes, but I had a reference design RX 480 4GB that at stock speeds was about the same performance as an RX 470 8GB Nitro+ (which is factory overclocked). But aside from something like that the RX 580 4GB will be faster than the RX 570 8GB, and even if the RX 580 isn't overclocked as much from the factory you can always overclock it yourself.
