I'm going to upgrade soon and I've decided on a 9700k with a strix 1080 unless amd comes out with something good soon, I have an evga 600b currently and I was wondering if I can recycle it for the new build?

Parts:
Asus rog maximus xi hero z390
gskill tridentz rgb 16gb 3200 mhz
samsung 970 evo m.2 500gb
i7 9700k
Asus strix gtx 1080
cryorig r1 ultimate cpu fan

I plan on overclocking the strix slightly but maxing out the i7 9700k as far as it can go, will I have enough power? Or should I just upgrade to a 750w

Also if you think I should upgrade, do you have any suggestions on a good psu for a decent price?

As above, it doesn't make sense to spend $1500 - 2000 on a system, and then skimp on the power supply.

It is more than you need, but here is a 850 watt EVGA G3 for $80. The 650 watt G3 is $70.

EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G3, 220-G3-0850-X1, 80+ GOLD, 850W Fully Modular, EVGA ECO Mode with New HDB Fan, Includes FREE Power On Self Tester, Compact 150mm Size, Power Supply
