Ram broken with ryzen 3 2200g

Hi.. I would like to know what is happening to my Ram.
Was broken 3 times !
Back from RMA and happen again.
Ryzen 3 2200g
Asrock Ab350m-Hdv
Coolermaster mwe lite 450w
Geil evo potenza 2400mhz 2x4gb
And team delta rgb 3000mhz 2x4gb
I ran both ram at auto speed,
Play games with cpu usage 90%++
And ram usage also 90%++
I wish to know what cause my Ram dead for 3 times, is it overheat because of high usage of ram and cpu??

Your two RAM sets likely have two different specs in terms of CAS timings and such, which I think would cause instability on your PC.

^ This. You can't mix RAM of different speeds and just expect it to work. Especially not on a Ryzen system.

RAM isn't only the Mhz speed

It's also a lot of other specs, that are irrelevant to the speed. These are a list of different numbers and they all have to match.

Timings and more importantly sub timings have to be compatible. Ryzen is picky about RAM anyway. You have the latest BIOS updates? Even if you do I'd doubt they will work together.

it running fine on my main PC, there is no problem at all ..
ryzen 7 2700x + gtx 1050
strix B350F
team delta rgb 2x4gb running at 2933mhz CL 18 20 20
is it Ryzen Apu really sensitive about Ram?
idk how to set ram timing manually so i left i all auto.
the Ram dead after BSOD, no display after restart.. i tested the ram on my main PC no display too
