I don't know what you mean by "fit with". If you mean would they go nice together then yeah sure.
If you mean are they compatible, the answer is of course. There's no such thing as incompatible with anything in a system unless it's two different generations of components, then clearly things aren't compatible. Like for example, trying to run DDR3 RAM with a newer CPU that uses DDR4 or visa versa and trying to use a modern CPU made with a certain chipset in a motherboard that's from an older generation that obviously uses a different chipset, or like trying to use an Intel motherboard with an AMD CPU. You know, obvious common sense kind of stuff.

Other than that, there's no such thing as incompatible. There's different brands and...

sort of. Here's what you should change.

Get a Seagate Barracuda or a Western Digital HDD.

Don't buy the Be Quiet! PSU's. They suck.
Seasonic is good, so is certain Corsair and EVGA PSU's.

You don't really need 500GB of SSD storage since that's still not really enough for more than a small handful of games to store on it. A 250GB SSD is perfectly fine for your OS and main applications while getting a 2TB HDD for all your games.

The 2700X is far more powerful than your GPU. If going with the 1060 6GB then a step down to the Ryzen 5 2600 would suffice and save you money.
Don't buy X370/B350 if you're getting 2nd gen Ryzen. Will need to have a first gen Ryzen just to be able to update the BIOS before it'll work.

A quality B450 Motherboard is more than suitable for overclocking.

I can put together a build for you with recommended parts if you tell me what country you are in and your budget.

No need to bother with the private message.

In regards to a BIOS update, it's always good to update the BIOS of your board to the latest version.
However, what I was saying was that with 370/350 motherboard you would need first generation Ryzen CPU to put into it in order to be able to get to the BIOS and then to the OS and update the BIOS for it to work with the second generation Ryzen CPU. Obviously that's more work than it should be so going with 450/470 motherboard is what you want to do.

Anywho, here's the system.

Since you live in Switzerland you may want to cross check price and availability of these components across different Amazon sites such as Amazon.de for Germany, Amazon.fr for France, and Amazon.it for Italy.

Possible you may have to go further with extra shipping method using something like borderoo.

Here's one for Germany since you can get a wider selection of parts online from there than France or Italy and for reasonable price.

Retail price from the default selected suppliers on PCPartPicker brings this build up to 1200 Euros, or 1373 Swiss Franc.
You can of course go in and click on each component and look at other retailer options.

Would it also fit with a AMD ryzen 7 2700x and a GTX 1060. Could I use the ryzen cooler wich is delivert with the cpu and upgrade it later to a liquid cooler when i would buy the ryzen 7?

If you mean are they compatible, the answer is of course. You know, obvious common sense kind of stuff.

Other than that, there's no such thing as incompatible. There's different brands and different models of products from each brand simply for the sake of diversity, looks, build quality and performance. But DDR4 RAM is still DDR4 RAM, a PSU is still a PSU, a motherboard with the AM4 chipset is still a motherboard with the AM4 chipset etc. etc.

If you're saying "fit with" as in will the motherboard and power supply be good enough to power the chip and/or overclocking then yes, more than enough juice from the power supply to overclock the CPU and the GPU. And the motherboard is good enough for some standard overclocking. If you're looking to break records, you would of course need an extremely high end board that costs a butt load of money. But for the standard average overclocking you see people doing with their Ryzen chips that motherboard is totally fine as long as you have a good enough cooler to keep the temps in check while you raise clock speeds and voltage you'll be able to get at least 4.0Ghz
