So, I thought i'd try and see how far i can push my RAM speeds to because Ryzens like high RAM speed and i guess i'll just link the benchmark results and you can see for yourselves what's happening.

Overclocked RAM: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/11370665

Slightly less overclocked RAM, GPU running fine here: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/11370795

My original RAM speed is 2133mhz. Why is that happening? I'm certain it's something to do with the RAM speed because once i go back a little it's all good. Why is my GPU affected by the RAM?

I'm not sure if buying faster RAM will really give you that much of a performance boost for games to justify buying new RAM though. There are some benchmark vids on youtube as well as forum posts of Ryzen 1st gens with various speed RAM and the performance increase, while present isnt monumentally massive.

You would get a bigger performance increase by having RAM in dual channel (Ryzen and Intel both do much better with it) or by switching to a second gen Ryzen like the 2600 (this would be more game by game so again check benchmarks)
