sooooooooo... i have a question that might be asked a lot! im planning on buying a water cooler and i heared that if you buy a watercooler, you need to plugin the fan to the CPU Fan header, and the waterblock to some AIO header, but i was wondering, if i plug in the radiator cooling Fan in the CPU cooler header (as supposed to) and the waterblock in one of the case fan headers, would that work or like... "frick" everything up? because i do not know if my mobo has AIO headers or where they are located...

Solution
You want the radiator fan to speed up as the CPU heats up. That is why you want the radiator fan on the CPU fan connector. The pump should be at a constant speed for most AIO units. If the case fan is set to a constant (max) voltage then you would be OK.

Yeah. Or, if you can set the fan header you want to use to fixed (max) speed in the BIOS you would be OK. AI Suite 3 is late (after the OS) is started. You would like the pump running optimally from boot time.
