Depends on the case, your budget and how many fan headers you have on your motherboard or if your case has a fan hub.

For example I'm getting a NZXT H500 case which can house 4-120mm fans. I'm getting 4-120mm LED fans but my motherboard has only 2 case fan headers so I'll need 2 PWM fan splitters to use all 4 fans.

It's decent but I have a few suggestions...

-Ryzen prefers faster memory so I got a 2x4gb 3200mhz kit in red.
-For the price of that 1050 ti you can actually get a RX 570 4gb which outperforms the 1050 ti and is also red.
-Added in more LED fans for that case.
-Added in a SSD.
-Left enough room in the budget for the OS.

I also changed the PSU as 550W is plenty and you won't have to deal with that MIR to get the price at $60.

Here's the link for the 1-2 PWM fan splitter, they also make a 1-3.

The GPU difference is quite significant.

The one it comes with is sufficient not only to keep it cool but will allow a bit of overclocking. If you do decide to replace it look at coolers above the $30 mark as the ones below that price are usually worse then the stock AMD Wraith.
