Updated BIOS? Asrock a320m

So i have the ASrock a320m mobo. I have the Ryzen 3 1300X. I just bought a Ryzen 7 2700x. But when i put the new cpu(ryzen 7) my pc would just power cycle. Fans would turn on and off. When i put my old cpu in (ryzen 3) it didnt power cycle. Everything started up perfectly. Do i need to update my bios to the latest version? The BIOS version i have in now is p1.30.

Okay awesome im going to updated my bios then. Hopefully this works because i also got a new 1080 and i know my psu supports everything i have in my build.
