I'm not to sure if my case would fit an ATX motherboard.

CASE: Cooler Master MasterBox 3.1 Lite case

If not, can i get a opinion of what CASE i should be getting.

it will all fit. however there are 2 problems that jumped out at me. first is the RAM. ryzen systems love high speed memory,3000 seems to be the sweetspot. second is the PSU, the VS is a cheap entry model unit and I would not get one. the CX series with the grey and black label( like on the VS) would be my suggestion as the PSU basement, the VS is two levels below IMHO.

So will i not be able to use my current ram, i'll have to buy 3000mhz ram?

not saying that at all. the 2400 will work and if you already have it by all means use it. you could overclock the RAM as much as it will let you. Ryzens memory controller is capable of faster. if you got it use it.
I assumed that the parts were yet to be purchased
