Hey all. My new 750ti (no power directly from power supply) should be here today and I am concerned because I only recently learned that on my optiplex 790 the x16 pcie slot only supplies 35watts. I know pcie risers are an option, but that concerns me as I don't even know if that will fix the power problem and I don't want to lose performance from lower bandwidth.
My budget is 20$.
