I am upgrading my pc i built and i put in my new asus dual fan radeon rx 580 8gb. Everytime i run games my pc crashes all together. I dont know if its an issue with the card or power supply.

Build
Ryzen 3 1200 (soon to be a ryzen 5 2600x)
Asus dual rx 580 OC 8gb
Msi b350 tomahawk
12 gb of ddr4 ram (forgot the brands)
3tb Seagate barracuda
Rosewill glacier 500w 80+ bronze efficiency

I think it could be the PSU. That PSU isn't giving you a ton of overhead even if it's working properly.

I would start monitoring the voltages up to the crash.

You can do this with a voltmeter or software and log it to a file.

I can't recall which software logs....but HWInfo and HWMonitor will display the voltages....and I think one or both may log....I don't recall.

As Jay mentioned it could very well be your PSU. Also did you happen to DDU all drivers to insure you aren't creating and conflicts?
Had similar issues with first build and found DDU as well as a windows reinstall solves all my issues.
Recommend you follows Jay's advice first so you don't waste time reinstallingOS and drivers if it isn't necessary.
Good luck
