Hey guys
So my system is quite new (i got it last December) and its a pretty powerful one.Specs are MSI GTX 1060 3gb OC, i5-7400 not OC, 8gb of ddr4 ram, Windows 10
At first i didn't have any issues, but over time one of the fans, by the sound of it, starts throttling.
This has me quite worried so i downloaded AIDA64 Extreme and these are the temperatures while idling.

I presume its not normal for the motherboard chip to be at 110C while idling, but the fans are barely audible while idling. I haven't cleaned my system in a while but could that be the reason or are my drivers bad?
Update:
So i cleaned my pc and the fan started throttling right after launching. I can confirm that its the power supply fan making the noise. My mother board was still 112C right after launch when everything else still hadn't gone above 25C. I suspect that its a false reading.
