i installed my mobo and everything is working but i noticed that ports are little further to io they aren't pushing through it but they are working fine so is that normal ?
i also used standoffs before installing and screws after that

Make sure the IO shield tabs are not in the way you can gently bend them so they fit with the ports best. Sometimes it requires a slight amount of pushing the ports into the IO shield when you are installing the standoff screws. Are all of your standoffs correctly aligned with the holes in your motherboard?

Just be careful to not push too hard.

yeah standoffs are aligned with mobo holes and screwed it is just the ports not pushed all the way through io shield but the are aligned with it and working with no problems

As long as everything is installed correctly, it should be no big deal since everything works. If it really bugs you, fidget with it to get it perfectly set, however if not, let it be and enjoy the new PC!
