Hey everybody I am looking to get a new case
the older pc front panel got ruined unfortunately

I want to ask you what is the best case out of this lot
my motherboard and hard drive will fit in all
so now it's just a question of quality, performance
Ideally I'd pick the one that is the best looking, with the best performance
because they are both really important to me

Since choosing a PC case is personal choice, go with the case that you like most appearance wise.

Meshify C has the best airflow due to the mesh front panel while Spec-Omega RGB has the most "on edge" looks (at least for me). I, personally, would go with Meshify C since i won't give up PC's cooling performance just to get better aesthetics (like Cooler Master H500P is, specs). Also, any case with solid front panel will have handicap in airflow. Which can be countered with high static pressure fans but which in turn also increases the noise coming from the PC.
