Why this happened when my monitor is turned off and on or if the monitor is in sleep mode and I wake him up. Everytime we need to restart the computer and after is work fine. recently update to Windows 10 1809, but i don’t think that is the problem.

All drivers is up to date, I have a nVidia GTX 1060 6GB Asus Strix, AMD Ryzen 7 1800x, MSI 370 Gaming Plus, 16 GB of ram and my monitor is a LED AOC Gaming G2590VXQ. I don’t understand why this happened, all work perfect together.I bought this setup 2 months ago.

that looks like a driver problem. try wiping the driver first then reinstalling. go to device manager uninstall device then manually reinstall latest driver. this could help because old drivers are usually over written not deleted. other than that i can't help you except to say that i doubt it is the monitor because a restart fixes it. this usually means a software problem.

I try to reinstall drivers and no changes, I tested my graphics card on another display over hdmi and it’s show green lines first and after 1 2 minutes it’s clarify, i think is a graphics card problem... I try to use another display port from graphics card and is looks like working fine. I don’t know what to say about that.
