16gb ddr4 ram
rx 480 gpu
samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd
egva g2 650w psu
i7 8086k
Noctua NH-D15 Premium CPU Cooler with NF-A15 x 2 PWM Retail Cooling Fans
mobo is rog maximus x hero

what would be the best i can overclock without risking damaging my pc? thank you

Yep. From an article i just read.....

New figures for the potential clockspeeds of Intel’s Coffee Lake i7 8086K anniversary edition chip have made an appearance on the web. This fresh benchmarking shows every single limited edition i7 8086K chip can reach a possible 5GHz all-core overclock, but only the top 14% are able to hit 5.3GHz across all six cores.

Also, ASUS BIOS should have an EZ Tuner for basic automated overclocking if you want to be a little safer, simply enter BIOS and follow the easy tuner, it will ensure that any changes made to the system are safe. If you find once you make the changes your PC crashes go back into BIOS and lower the choices on the automated overclock (I.e. Change from Tower Cooler to Stock Cooler when posted and it will drop all cores by about 1Ghz)
