Possibly, open it and see if there is a free mini PCIe slot. You would want to check with the vendor of the external card adapter if they know their device will work for you, some systems we see posts that it does not work. Keep in mind you will need to get the adapter, a power supply, the video card and a monitor to connect to the card. You may want to just think about selling the laptop and getting one with a gaming video card, or a desktop.
