Hi! i have this pc for some good 3, 4 years at least. I got 16 gb ram and today i felt it going slow, i check on the resource monitor and iu gety 8gb are been used by "Hardware reserved", other 8 are free, on used, standby, etc. i tried several fixes, and none worked. Logged into the bios and it recognizes my 2x8gb rams but under "Total ram" says only 8gb. I tried switching slots, between the 2x8gb rams and runned with only one for the two of them, result is that both slots work, and both rams work, but when together one doesn't "work". I do know they are compatible because all this time, i've been using them and working.

-Ram: 2x8gb Hyperx fury DDR3
-Motherboard: A78M-E
-GPU: GTX 960 2GB BDDR5
