It is a I3 of the second generation. It has 2 cores and 4 threads, without turbo, typical of the second generation I3.

Maybe it is a CPU-Z bug because the first generation I5 had precisely 2 cores and 4 threads.

You can dowload and run Intel's "Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool" to get rid of doubts.
