Partial Ram Used

I am facing an issue when using premier pro 2018. The problem started recently, when using the software, Ram usage is limited to only 3gb max. Normally it used to use over 9-10 Gb ram when rendering. My system has 16Gb ram, but only 3gb is being used when I run Premier pro

Try this:

Open "System Configuration". (Windows + R), type in "msconfig" and press OK.
Under "Boot" Tab click on "Advanced Options" and check "Maximum Memory" and select 8192.
Press OK and Apply.
Reboot.

I hope that works.

If that doesn't work. Try clearing your CMOS.
