[SOLVED] My Monitors colors are inverted with Stripes

Hey there, I recently added a Gigabyte GeForce Gt 730 to my computer, I have 4 gig ram DDR2, 370W Power Supply and a Intel Duo core 2.79Ghz, so I placed the graphics card in my PC and when it came to the Windows logo the Color inverted and lines came on the screen, it also made a boom Sound but my graphics card still works so can anybody explain what's happening please.

So... the problem started when plugging the Gt 730 to the computer?
Did you check if this problem still happend when you remove the Gt 730 and try to boot up?
you can also try removing the GT 730, cleaning with isopropyl alcohol the PCI-E slot and pluggin it once again.
