I want to know if there is any way to know if my gpu is working fine and if i need to worry about it i dont see any damage or performance issue but i need to be sure if it is working fine because i have bought it from some guy it is a gtx 1070 that is working fine in games and the cooler is great with 77 degree at max under load for 2 hours of ghost recon wild lands on very high settings

You have nothing to be worrying about normal temps are between 60-83 degrees while gaming on a GTX 1070.
If you wish to run even cooler (But in my personal opinion 77 degrees its cool enough) you can adjust the fans with MSI afterburner to a more aggresive fan curve.
But your GTX 1070 its definitly not damaged, not even harmed and not underperforming.

Hope it enlighted you,
Cheers!

if for some reason u need to know if it is at 100% (it seems fine to me)get the 3d mark demo and look up other 1070 scores. Make sure the other scores are NOT OVERCLOCKED. and i do recommend uping the fan curve just a bit on any card
