I currently have a 'seasonic 620w s12ii Bronze' as PSU. Would that be enough for a i7 6800k GTX 1080? I want to overclock the CPU as much as safely possible.

Solution
Nvidia recommends 600w for the 1080. You should be good until you overclock. Some PSU calculator websites are suggesting you have at least 750w. I tend to find those calculator over estimate, as I've routinely used far less than those sites suggest and never have issues. But if you intend to overclock as much as possible, I personally would feel more comfortable with at least 700w.
