My current PC comprises of:
Intel i5 8600K
Nvidia GTX 1070ti
Asus z370 p prime motherboard
16gb ddr4 ram at 3000mhz
2tb storage hdd
500gb m.2 ssd
The cpu is cooled with a corsair aio 240mm fans
Its in a corsair carbide 275 case
800 watt semi modular psu
I also have 2 monitors both 24inch, one is a 75hz with freesync and another is 60hz both 1080p
And a mechanical corsair keyboard and corsair rgb mouse
The peripherals aren't important just the PC

I've substituted parts you haven't listed the exact model/make for, with the cheapest available component, without delving further to find a seller with further discounts.

Take 20% off for depreciation as you walk out the door with the PC, and for the time you've had it (max about a year if you got the 8600k after release), and your in ball-park land. Shy of 1100 $£€.

If you had lesser known/proven hardware, then 950 that DeadRam mentioned would be close.

So to summarise, between 950-1100 with the caveat that, if you are thinking of selling the system, it's more about what someone else will want to pay. You might value it at a certain price, but you may not get anyone willing to pay that.

Whole pc? Mebe $800 tops. Depreciation aside, you are looking at selling a complete build. Guaranteed there's something on it that's not what the buyer wants, so will be replaced. For me, that'd be the cpu. That pc deserves an i7, not the i5. It's a matter of finding the right buyer who wants exactly what you are offering and that could be as simple as having the right color scheme. You'd prolly do better parting out the major components, selling the cpu/mobo as a combo, ram separately etc. More a pain in the butt than anything, but the only way to maximize return unless you find a sucker dieing to have your pc as is.

Well I doubt you will be able to sell that PC for even $900 or more due the fact that there is significantly increased competition since last year especially for processors which cause the prices to drop and better items to cost as much as what something not even nearly as good would have cost such as AMD causing a war for more cores (Intel were doing 8 core CPU's for around $1k minimum till AMD came fighting last year to cut the price by over 50% less and even now AMD 8 core CPU's can be had for as low as $250 brand new depending on where you look). I mean I got the Intel Core i7 7700K the week it had properly launched then within like 4 months I could get CPU's that were like at least twice as good for productivity (and at least 70-80% gaming performance) of the 7700K for $500 or less and I feel like I had a huge loss on my CPU as I expected it in its condition to be worth over $250 before the 8700K release

$800-900 isn't a bad guess. Honestly, unlike most of the "how much is my PC worth?" posts, the PC build actually makes sense and you may actually be able to move it as a unit.

That is, assuming the power supply is reasonable as you didn't actually identify it. The semi-modular 800W is a bit of a red flag because most modern quality PSUs of that wattage will be fully modular, which leaves a risk you could have something like a Raidmax Vampire or a Coolmax ZU in there.
