What are the best fans?

I have a Z370-A Pro and only have space for 2 intake fans and 1 exhaust fan. I also want a very good cpu cooler but don't have space for liquid cooling. I need help choosing the best for gaming pc as it heats up so much and im afraid it'll stop working one day. I'm a noob when it comes to building this stuff. Anything less than $150 would be nice, thank you!

I'm also thinking of upgrading my case and getting a bigger one, my gtx 1080ti is huge.

There's so many choices out there that it's hard to say what's the "best", especially since you've not mentioned what case you're using or what size fans you need. Provide us with some of that if you'd like specific suggestions rather than broad ones.

For airflow to noise & price I think the Cougar Vortex 120mm PWM are some of the best out there. Also if your case supports more fans then your motherboard supports you could use a PWM Fan Splitter, they come in 2>1 & 3>1 variations. Then there's always a fan hub/controller if needed.

If we knew your case we could give you a CPU air cooler recommendation.
