Sudden internet ping jitters after installing new parts

So I bought an XPS 8930 desktop about two months ago. Recently I decided to upgrade the hardware in it, so I went from the stock 460W PSU and a 1050 Ti to a 650W EVGA Supernova PSU and a 1070 Ti EVGA PSU because I need a bigger PSU for the new GPU.

After installing my new hardware, I played some online games with friends and I noticed something odd.

Normally when playing Left 4 Dead 2, I would probably get around 55-60 ping with them. But last night, it was hovering around 71-73 instead, which I thought was odd.

Then we let a friend of mine host and my ping went to about 50, which was much better.

Still though, I didn't understand why my ping had suddenly increased. I thought maybe it was just L4D2, but then I played World of Warships and the ping jitter was strange. Normally, from what I remembered, I'd get about 36-45 ping while playing but now, it would go from 36 to like 60 in short bursts.

This has been happening since I replaced my hardware a couple of days ago.

Is this all just coincidence? Did I mess something up when I installed my new hardware? Everything when I play an offline game is fine, the GPU functions fine, there are no graphic glitches or FPS drops or anything. It's just this small, albeit very annoying, problem.

Someone please help.

Well all I did was install my new hardware, nothing too unusual. I did manage to figure out yesterday that it's probably AT&T causing these slight rises in ping, as shown here:

World of Warships: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/427933382283100173/500760108113068032/unknown.png

As you can see, it looks like Google is perfectly fine but WoWs is acting up. Might be due to the fact that Wargaming doesn't have too many servers in NA, because when I play CSGO or L4D2 now, the ping is relatively normal. around 45-50.

World of Warships, however, is still jittering between 35 and 60. So I guess that's probably it.
