I'm having a hard time deciding between MSI Z370 SLI PLUS Vs ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-H GAMING. I've read the reviews and they both seem like great MOBO's. They both have all the features that I want. I can't seem to decide between the two. What do you guys think? Any reason I should go with one vs the other.

If they both have what you want and do what you need perhaps price is the deciding factor.
I prefer MSI because they have better warranty support where I am, they are a few dollars cheaper than ASUS for the same features (Though I've never found an ASUS board that does everything that I need.
I have 5 MSI Z370 SLI Plus boards and never had an issue.
