Tried to set new ram timings and flopped

After i saved it in the bios it restarted but neither of my monitors have signal and my keyboard wont turn on.
My fans, rgb lighting and everything else looks fine,including the rgb on the ram . Is there any way to reset what ive done or fix it?

You can reset the CMOS - easiest way is to remove the battery on the motherboard (while the computer is off and unplugged) for 30 seconds and then replace.
