I have a AsRock z270m-itx/ac that will not post. Fan spins up just fine, I have slowly removed all components to try and figure out the problem but so far no dice.
At this point its simply the MB and the CPU and the cooler. The CPU is a i7-7700k

It should also be noted that the motherboard speaker doesnt beep or anything
