[SOLVED] Dead Video Card?

I have a nvidia geforce 8400gs 256MB
I tried Cleaning the dust
I tried adding oil
I tried renewing thermal paste
but then again nothing happens.

The problem is my Video Card is at 60% at startup and increasing over time in idle.

i also check the processes nothing is suspicious.

I just want to buy a new graphics card but the problem is it will fit?
these are my plans to my
96GT 256BIT
98GT 256BIT
GTS250 256BIT
i have a power supply of 500 watts with 6 pin.

Don't worry any video card will work on the motherboard the problem is why would you wanna go for such a low end card get something little bit better at least for you to enjoy a game on.... but then again I don't know your full specs you might end the bottleneck in the card if you try and fit it on on a low and motherboard and low and CPU... but like I said get something at least for you to enjoy a game on maybe in the future you can plan on upgrading
