i3 4170+rx 480=bottleneck?

i have a gt 1030 currently and am thinking of buying a new card, an rx 480, but i'm not sure if the cpu will bottleneck it

How much will the RX480 cost you? You could pick up a GTX1060 6GB, perhaps. Also can you state the age of your PSU?

my motherboard is h81m-r, psu is shit, but i will buy a new one, it's probably from the stone age (joking), i'm running windows 10 currently and your reccomendation of the 1060, well i was thinking of buying it, but i want to try amd for a bit, i've always liked amd, hdd is TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 and my ram is 8gb ddr3, i found the rx 480 for 170 bucks
